Refund policy

Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer, if the product is unprocessed and used, any quality problem or inappropriate quantity can be returned, and we will refund the full amount.

If the transaction has been completed and quality problems are found, please contact customer service within 7 days after the transaction is completed to communicate and negotiate.

Non-refundable Special Instructions:

1. There is no quality problem and the outer packaging has been dismantled and cannot be restored, which will affect the secondary sales.

2. Deliberate damage or damage caused by force majeure.

3. Products sold in non-ONEHMDA stores or products that have exceeded the return period (7 days for no reason to return within 7 days from the date of receipt).

4. The pictures and information of the products are for reference only. There may be slight color difference between the picture of the product and the real object due to the shooting light and the color difference of different monitors.
